Since beginning therapy I’ve experienced some of the most profound shifts in my emotional and mental well-being. I came into these sessions with high anxiety, burnout, and deep emotional wounds — from relationship trauma to patterns deeply wired into my nervous system. From the very first session, I felt heard. I felt seen. For the first time, I felt supported in a way that made it safe to open up, trust the process, and begin healing...Through our work together, I’ve gained clarity and calm I didn’t think was possible. I no longer walk around emotionally exhausted or on edge. The outbursts of rage are gone, and I now have the tools to understand my reactions and respond with more awareness and peace. What makes her different is that she truly sees me. There’s no judgment — only deep presence, truth, and insight. Meg's way of guiding me through anxiety, helping me untangle the past, and showing me how to regulate and rewire my nervous system has been life-changing. My body feels calmer. My heart feels lighter. And my mind finally has space to breathe. I would absolutely recommend Meg to anyone ready to begin their healing journey. She has helped me, and I know she can help others too. — RTH, Hawke's Bay

Meg is the most amazing lady. Our workplace is a better place because of her mahi. I’m a better person because of her. It is nice to meet a professional wahine that gives her all to each and everyone she comes across. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Meg’s services to anyone. — Debbie Ross, People & Capability Coordinator, Pasture Petfoods NZ Ltd
Conflict facilitation and mediation
I help workplaces in New Zealand and Australia sort out problems before they grow into something bigger. When people at work aren’t getting along, feel upset, or don’t know how to talk things through, I come in as a neutral person — someone who isn’t taking sides. I understand how people’s brains and emotions can react when there’s stress or conflict, and I help each person feel heard and understood.
Together, we talk about what’s really going on, and I guide your team to find better ways to work through challenges and disagreements. This means less tension, fewer arguments, and more respect and teamwork. Whether it’s a small team or a busy workplace, I can help turn things around and make your office or site a calmer, more productive place to be.

Meg’s facilitation of the process is warm, intimate, probing and objective, using a structured approach, and always, always results focussed. This is a no-nonsense approach. I’ve attended a number of similar occasions and it is easy to observe that they can quickly become mechanical and cliche, but that was certainly not the case here. Meg’s ability to select and match participants who will be able to work together in this space, and then to relax them into a constructive, trusting process, is unique. I didn’t attend with specific goals in mind. Neither with specific expectations. Nevertheless, I left the day with a renewed sense of purpose and calm about my life goals and values. Several months later, that endures. The relaxed but purposeful company in the room that day left me with a profound renewal of faith in the innate ability of individuals to chart and change their life outcomes and, when well matched, facilitated and in the right space, to draw on the collective experience and skills of their peers to do so. — WT, Hawke's Bay

A Landscape to Live By
When a conversation crosses your path, have it. This one led to a world-wide audience and the realisation that we can rewire our human operating system to solve our own problems. I was thanking UK futurist and scenario planner Hardin Tibbs for allowing me to adapt his iconic Strategic Landscape – designed for use by governments and large organisations on the precipice of change – for individuals wanting to change the direction of their life. Then, an invitation from Hardin to write a step-by-step guide to using it for the good folk at global systems change journal World Futures Review.
